Chief Executive Officer
Jaime Leverton is the CEO of ReserveOne. Previously, as CEO of Hut 8, she transformed a small-scale miner into one of North America's largest digital asset platforms and the first public company to hold BTC on its balance sheet. Jaime also serves as a board member of Riot Platforms, North America's largest Bitcoin mining facility; Synteq Digital, a leading infrastructure architect for Bitcoin mining operations; New West Data, a vertically integrated oil and gas producer and Bitcoin miner; and Vertical Data, a global leader in centralized and decentralized crypto products.
Sebastian Bea

Sebastian is Chief Investment Officer at ReserveOne. Before joining ReserveOne, Sebastian was President of Coinbase Asset Management. He also served as President of One River Digital and served nine years at BlackRock, most recently as Global co-head of Investment Strategy for Systematic Active Equity. He has also held leadership roles in the Institutional Equities Division at Credit Suisse.

Melanie is the Chief Financial Officer at ReserveOne. She previously served as CFO at Polymath, where she helped pioneer real-world asset tokenization and blockchain-based securities. She also served as CFO and Director for Brane Trust Company, a digital asset custodian specializing in institutional-grade crypto custody. Currently, Melanie also serves as Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of BTCS, a trailblazer in Ethereum staking and blockchain infrastructure.
Byron Ward
Chief Marketing Officer
Byron is the Chief Marketing Officer at ReserveOne. He previously held senior marketing leadership roles at Paramount (Nickelodeon), CBS Radio, Universal Music Group, and Dentsu, where he led global brand initiatives and scaled high-growth divisions. Known for combining creative storytelling with data-driven strategy, Byron has helped drive digital transformation across Fortune 500 companies. He currently serves as a Board Member of APL, advising on strategic brand development and partner engagement.
